How each Investor gets paid.
Each Investor will own a Profit Promissory Note which will outline the percentage of net profits each is owed once the company’s net income surpasses $1,000,000. These perecentage of profits will be paid at the end of each quarter beginning with the quarter that follows the $1,000,000 Net Profit benchmark.
Full ownership and all 100% of the company shares will remain with President / Owner of the Naked Factory, Stephen M. Sweeney, Jr.
The Naked Factory is to be managed and controlled by the President / Owner and the executive management team. The Investors will form the advisory board of investors. The board of Investors will have their opinions and voices heard at Investor’s Status Meetings to be held twice a month. A vote will be held for each major decision and the weight of each vote carried by the different investors will depend upon his or her level of investment. These votes will be taken under advisement and play a role in the final decision set forth by the president. The president will retain complete control of all final decisions choosing what is best for the company befitting that vision.
